The Client Experience Manager supports strategic Client Experience priorities that strengthen client engagement, showcase Accenture's capabilities and help drive business growth. Working across Client Experience and Commercial, the role combines strategy and execution with stakeholder engagement, content curation and capability building. A key part of the role is supporting storytelling initiatives, partnering closely with Client Account Leads (CALs), Reinvention Partner (RP) Leads, Client Relationship Marketing and Commercial Learning to identify and curate strong client stories, develop useful content and help strengthen storytelling capability across the organization.
· Support Client Experience priorities and initiatives in alignment with broader Commercial objectives, with storytelling as an important area of focus.
· Translate strategic priorities into focused initiatives, deliverables and activities, including storytelling, content curation and capability building.
· Support storytelling initiatives from concept through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, content and execution to ensure quality and business relevance.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement through storytelling, curated content and other Client Experience initiatives.
· Build strong relationships with CALs, RP Leads, Client Relationship Marketing and other Commercial stakeholders to identify distinctive client wins, proof points and stories worth amplifying.
· Curate and maintain a pipeline of high-value stories aligned to strategic priorities, industry relevance and client impact.
· Partner with story owners, Client Relationship Marketing and subject matter experts to uncover the insight, human context and evidence that make stories compelling and credible.
· Shape raw inputs into clear, reusable narratives and assets that can be adapted for different audiences, opportunities and client conversations.
· Partner with Client Experience and Commercial leaders to understand business priorities, stakeholder needs and emerging opportunities.
· Engage CALs, RP Leads, Client Relationship Marketing and account teams as active contributors, creating simple and effective ways to surface, develop and share strong stories.
· Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive participation and alignment.
· Connect teams, content owners and story sources to reduce duplication and ensure the strongest content is visible and reusable across Commercial.
· Partner with Commercial Learning to help build storytelling capability across seller, account and leadership communities.
· Support the development of learning experiences, tools, coaching and practical resources that help teams strengthen storytelling skills and apply them in client situations.
· Gather stakeholder and learner feedback to identify capability needs and inform targeted learning and enablement priorities.
· Support storytelling coaching for priority opportunities and teams where stronger narrative development can improve client engagement and differentiation.
· Apply strong editorial judgment to determine which stories, narratives and assets should be amplified, refreshed, combined or retired.
· Create a curated storytelling experience that prioritizes relevance, quality and usability over content volume.
· Set practical standards for story quality, structure and readiness, working with content owners to keep materials accurate, current and appropriately approved.
· Bring together stories, proof points and supporting assets into coherent packages that make it easier for Commercial teams to find and use the right content.
· Manage priorities, stakeholders and delivery across assigned Client Experience initiatives, ensuring work remains focused on the highest-value business needs.
· Define practical success measures and use feedback, adoption signals and business outcomes to understand where initiatives, including storytelling, are creating value.
· Surface insights on story demand, content gaps and emerging themes, and recommend actions that strengthen content, capability and broader Client Experience priorities.
