To support the development and production of new styles, the part-time hourly Production Assistant will interface with design and fabric teams, track production status, and communicate with internal and external partners in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Monitor fabric, trim, and wash development while managing the approval process Track factory production status and assess delivery risks, ensuring adherence to the TNA calendar Organize costing records and style information, and manage the end-to-end purchase order process Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent At least 1 year of related work experience; accessories experience is a plus PLM experience required Excellent communication and analytical skills to act as a liaison between departments Proficiency in Google documents, Gmail, Excel, and PLM (or equivalent program)
