Seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead and support enterprise AI enablement initiatives in a remote capacity, preferably for Ohio-based candidates, who will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and drive stakeholder engagement for successful AI adoption. Key responsibilities Partner with the AI Center of Excellence (COE) to provide change management expertise for enterprise AI initiatives Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and deliverables to support AI solution implementation Drive stakeholder engagement activities to prepare leaders and employees for the adoption of new AI capabilities Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or project management Proven experience leading change initiatives for large, complex, enterprise-level projects Deep knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience working in healthcare environments preferred Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
